At our pursuit of lucrative investment opportunities we bumped into this anient and historic hotel – the St. Anthony Hotel in San Antonio. Built at the turn of the centures over 100 years ago, it has preserved its charm and uniqueness, but most importanly didn’t take a dive during that economic meltdown of 2009, unlike the lion’s share of its competitors in San Antonio. Why? Efficient management, unique Spanish and Mexican cuisine and loyal clientele. People would stay at this hotel for generations. The Team sees a definite investment opportunity in it and when we see it we snatch it! We’ve already invested into the new recreational area and the lounge in the hotel lobby.
